From itsislandtime.com Mauritius Le Meridian Ille Maurice, one of our most delightful experiences ever. We are frequent visitors to Mauritius and having stayed at several hotels, our repeated stay at the Le Meridian proved to be outstanding. We were there from the 9th to 16th November 2006 and was amazed ant how many members of staff and management recognised us. Their attitude was of the usual warm hospitality but with an even more personal appeal. My husband and I were honoured by Managers Nicolas Lam and Wajeet Soobadur, whilst attendant Pamela Surette played the perfect hostess at a spectacular dinner on the deck one night, especially arranged for us. The attention to detail left us mersmerised. The standard of service, the setting, the quality of food catered and the warmth and attention was truly befitting for Kings and Queens. Our heartiest thanks and well done to an incredible team for rising above all odds to provide us with a most incredible stay.
