Fish Trap Re-Opens with new/old Chef-Owner

Saw a very negative late Feb review of Fish Trap & felt compelled to point out that the previous long time owners closed both their restaurants a little over a  month later.

Their son & former chef and manager of Fish Trap from years ago returned to the island and now owns and cooks there. Been their several times lately & the fish specials are the way to go. Enjoy!
